Caring German Shepherd Dog Thinks Bunny Rabbit Is Her Baby

The German Shepherd, Skottke, has become so attached to her baby that she can’t help but check her every time the word “baby” is spelled out. But her real baby is a pet rabbit named Holly.

Her human started to spell out the word “baby” in order to keep her from getting anxious and excited. Because of this, Skottke has become so clever that she can recognize the word when it’s spelled out.

In this video, the dog can be seen secretly looking at the camera. She then decides where she wants to go to visit her real baby.

She developed this sense of maternal attachment after learning that her human’s pet rabbit is her baby. Whenever her owner asks where her baby is, the dog runs to the room where the rabbit lives.

The dog somehow developed the motherly instinct that the rabbit is her baby, and every time her owner asks “Where is your baby?” Skottke runs down to the room where the rabbit lives, and watches over her!

The dog can be seen staring at the cage of the rabbit, which is on the top of the bedroom’s placard. When the owner asks Skottke to meet her baby, she raises her front legs in order to get a better look at her.
